Booking & enquiries
Bookings are handled directly with Pooja via WhatsApp or Instagram. Clicking a booking button starts a booking enquiry; it does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after fees are paid and the slot is agreed.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests are accommodated subject to availability and must be communicated before the scheduled start time.
Delivery
Written readings and reports are delivered within the timeframe stated on each consultation page after complete details and payment are received.
Eligibility & continuations
Continuation consultations are available only to eligible returning clients, as described on each consultation page.
Privacy
Birth details, questions and conversations are treated as private and confidential, and are used only to prepare your consultation.
