“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
And, when we learn to cast a light into our own darkness and to love those formerly rejected parts of ourselves, we invite others to go there with us.

Let me go back to where it all began. I hail from the beautiful city of Chandigarh. As a bright student with an even brighter future, I followed the beaten path of working for an MNC and earned a six-figure income.
Wasn’t that the big-ticket to success? Yes! Was I happy? Not at all!
Life took a nosedive when I hit an all-time low in my professional as well as my personal life. It was my moment of truth. I pondered hard and finally called it quits, ending one of the most toxic relationships of my life – the one with the corporate world.
Call it fate or a mystic force, but I could feel drawn towards it – a chance encounter with a Tarot Card Reader. It was providence, perhaps.
As the cards opened, all the assumed rights were wronged, and I emerged as the victor. Darkness is not unknown to me for I have gone through
self-doubt. My ambition at a multinational was outlived by the political apathy that thrived prosperously at the workplace. I had also struggled with a number of relationships in my life. That led me to question myself, “Is there anything wrong with me?”, “Why am I attracting the same kind of
people in my life?”, “How do I snap away from this negative pattern and turn a new leaf?” The turmoil in my life also affected my health in the worst kind of way.
Let me be honest, even today, I get the chills when I think about those dark days in my personal & professional life. The situation drove me to alarming levels of frustration, and slowly, I was free-falling into the deep, dark abyss of depression. But then one day, it went so low that I decided to do something about it. Took to finding a coach, putting the difficult yet so much needed shadow and inner work and came out of oblivion. Burning down and rising back again like a phoenix isn’t unknown to me. That’s why I can understand the pain, sorrow, and loneliness in others so well. I know if I can, you can too.
You may call our rendezvous here a happy coincidence or pure luck, but I call it destiny.
