Ever wondered what crystals actually are? Well, simply put crystals are natural stones that are geometrically perfect with fixed, repeating molecular patterns that are high in energy and vibrations. In fact, there is science here. If you were able to zoom down on a crystal with a scanning electron microscope you will see they are arranged in this fixed regularly repeating geometric pattern. They are a result of nature’s drama and the forces of energy at work. Sparkling, shimmering, soft or hard crystals come in a thousand shapes and colors, and each brings its own unique strength and purpose.

How do Crystals work?

Crystals have vibrations, just like everything else and matter vibrates at different vibrational frequencies (that’s just some science facts!). Now as humans and everything around us, we have energy, vibrations and in fact, we are all made up of it. But our energies and vibrations are not the same, in fact, they keep varying from low to high. A closer look will tell you that “our energies and vibrations are almost always imbalanced” …

We are quite easily influenced by all sorts of things in our environment including statements, thoughts, and emotions; emotions are simply energy, you know. So, our frequency can get really out of whack when we experience any type of high amplitude energy; like stress.But Crystals are unlike us. They have one energy, one frequency. That’s what makes a crystal a crystal. “Unlike us, it’s geometrically perfect.” This is one reason why “crystals work towards coherence, balance and consistency.” This is how they work in improving our vibrations, correcting our energy spectrums and adding power and strength to our entire being. What makes them even more special is that nature has given them the capacity to work on this balance and coherence of various things: be it health, emotions, purpose or appearance. The summary is they act on Vibes. The slightest thing happening in our environment throws our balance and we move towards disorder very very easily. In contrast — crystals, being highly ordered, very stable solids; have that stability, that precision to their atomic structure. So, the stability of the molecules in a crystal tends to create more stable and higher amplitude energy, thereby being more of an energy influencer. Therefore, it can influence or ENTRAIN the energy around it. Crystals resist the influences that challenge other materials like us. Crystals have the ability to influence the energies around them. Remember, when energy is more stable, it becomes more powerful; higher amplitude. I want to be cautious though; I want to say crystals and stones, they’re powerful.
